UK Standard Delivery
Most orders are shipped with a standard tracked service. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from the date your order is placed.
- Standard Delivery: £5.50
- Free Standard Delivery is available on qualifying orders — the free rate will appear automatically at checkout when your basket meets the eligibility threshold.
Product-Specific Shipping Rates
Some product categories are fulfilled from a separate shipping profile and carry their own delivery rates:
- CBD products (oils, gummies, and related items): £0.00 — free delivery at checkout.
- Heavy or bulky items (e.g. cans, bath bombs, accessories): rates of £2.99–£5.50 apply depending on the products in your order. The applicable rate will be calculated and shown at checkout.
If your basket contains products from more than one shipping profile, separate shipping charges may appear at checkout. The total will always be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
International Orders
We currently ship primarily within the UK. If international delivery is available to your location, it will appear at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
